The Material
Every Titanella piece cooks on titanium. Underneath, an aluminum core spreads the heat and a stainless steel base works on every cooktop, induction included. Here is what that means at the stove.
The material
Three layers. One body.
The cooking surface is titanium. Beneath it, an aluminum core spreads heat from the center to the edge, and a stainless steel base lets the pan work on induction. There's no coating anywhere in the pan, so there's nothing to wear thin.

How it's made
From sheet to pan.
The sheet
Three layers bonded into one: titanium to cook on, aluminum to spread the heat, stainless steel for the cooktop.
The hammer
The titanium surface is hammered into small dimples that help food release.
Your kitchen
Preheat, add a little oil, and let food release on its own.
